1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using BaaNaaNaa (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are letting a child use the App, you accept these terms on their behalf.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its sounds and artwork.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• BaaNaaNaa offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Premium, priced at $0.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, sounds, and graphics, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
