Privacy Policy

The short version

BaaNaaNaa is a playful soundboard for kids. We built it to be simple and safe. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, email, or location, we do not show ads, and we do not sell your data. The only information involved is what's needed to process an optional in-app subscription through the app stores.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information that identifies you. BaaNaaNaa works without a login or profile. The limited data described below is handled only to make the app work and to support optional purchases:

• Purchases & subscriptions. If you buy BaaNaaNaa Premium, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Our payments provider, RevenueCat, assigns a random, anonymous identifier to your installation and receives purchase details (such as the product purchased, subscription status, and country) so it can keep your premium access working across your devices. We never see or store your credit card or payment details.
• Basic technical data. The app stores and our payments provider may process standard, non-identifying technical information (such as device type and a transaction receipt) to deliver the purchase and prevent fraud.

What we do NOT do

• We do not display third-party advertising.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone input, or precise location.

Children's privacy

BaaNaaNaa is intended for families and young children to enjoy together. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app has no accounts, sign-ups, chat, or user-generated content, there is no personal information for a child to share with us. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Third-party services

BaaNaaNaa relies on a small number of trusted services to function. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store — purchase processing
• Google Play — purchase processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)

Data retention

Anonymous purchase and subscription records are retained by our payments provider and the app stores for as long as needed to provide your premium access and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

Your choices

• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• You can request deletion of any data associated with your installation by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
